Job summary

The Recruitment Orchard is seeking an experienced Account Director for a Kent-based direct mail and marketing campaigns portfolio. You’ll own client relationships, oversee complex campaigns from brief through fulfilment, and advise on strategic, data-enabled solutions to grow revenue.

Ideal candidates will come from Direct Mail, print, mailing or marketing communications, with a proven ability to manage deadline-driven work and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client

• Experience in Direct Mail, print, mailing or marketing communications.
• Ability to manage time-critical, complex campaigns.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with track record of growing accounts.
• Organised, calm and detail-focused under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
• Lead complex Direct Mail campaigns from brief to fulfilment.
• Provide strategic advice and creative solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and revenue.
• Prepare quotations and manage project commercials.
• Collaborate with production, creative, data and ops teams.
• Keep campaigns on track, on budget and on deadline.
• Deliver exceptional client service at all times.
