You’ll own important client relationships, lead campaigns across brand, strategy, creative, digital and integrated marketing, and help shape the agency’s growth.

Ideal candidates bring agency experience, senior account leadership, and a commercial mindset. Alcohol and healthcare sector experience are a plus in this entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Agency experience across creative, integrated, digital or marketing.
• Ideally an established Account Director or Senior Account Director.
• Strong client relationship management and strategic account leadership.
• Commercially minded, with experience managing and growing accounts.
• Confident collaborating with creative and strategic teams.
• A natural problem-solver who brings ideas, insight and challenge.
• A self-starter who thrives in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment.
• Alcohol brand experience would be particularly beneficial.
• Healthcare experience would also be desirable, especially in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop senior client relationships, becoming a trusted partner.
• Own accounts, projects and campaign delivery.
• Turn client challenges into strategic briefs and creative opportunities.
• Work across integrated campaigns, brand, digital, social and content.
• Bring strategic thinking and creative curiosity to client conversations.
• Lead presentations, workshops and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Manage budgets, scopes, timelines and commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and develop new relationships.
• Support pitches and new business for agency growth.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver brilliant work.
• Be hands-on, proactive and involved wherever needed.
