Job summary

NP Digital, including Yodel Mobile, is recruiting a confident, delivery-led Account Director to lead a portfolio of 5 to 6 key client relationships in London. You will sit at the heart of accounts, driving clarity, high standards, and integrated app growth strategies across Paid Media, ASO, and Creative.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Department Leads to grow health and retention, renewals and revenue, while working 2–3 days per week in the London office to shape strategy and senior

Qualifications

• Senior Account Director level experience in an agency environment.
• Background in Paid Media, Paid Social or User Acquisition preferred.
• Experience leading senior client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through upsells and renewals.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital strategy.
• Confident communicator, comfortable challenging clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior stakeholder relationships across 5 to 6 clients.
• Join weekly status and strategic calls, providing direction across multi-service teams.
• Maintain high delivery standards and act as escalation point.
• Ensure output matches client contracts and SLAs.
• Lead difficult client conversations and manage scope.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
