Job summary

Livingston Building Services is seeking an experienced AC Installation Engineer to join our team and support delivery of high-quality projects across the UK. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and a proactive client-focused approach.

You will install HVAC systems, read schematics, coordinate with site teams, and mentor tradespeople, apprentices, and younger engineers to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong air conditioning knowledge with Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric.
• Able to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience installing equipment in professional environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex AC issues.
• Excellent communication, with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems to high standards with safety and efficiency.
• Read schematics and drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Collaborate with site teams to complete projects on time and to quality.
• Guide and support tradespeople and apprentices to maintain standards.
• Own projects and coordinate with client teams.
• Keep records of completed work and service reports.
