Job summary

Get Staffed is seeking an experienced Installation Engineer for residential air conditioning installations in the UK. The role focuses on high-quality, internal water-cooled systems installed in occupied homes, with a strong emphasis on precision and customer satisfaction.

You will install, commission, and own the quality of each project, while mentoring an apprentice and building a reputation for clean, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air conditioning installation and service.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to install and commission water-cooled systems to spec.

Responsibilities

• Install internal water-cooled, patented systems in occupied homes.
• Fully commission systems with checklist sign-off.
• Represent the company in the customer’s home with professionalism and care.
• Own the quality of installations and rectify any issues on your own work.
• Secure customer reviews at handover and maintain records.
• Mentor a supplied apprentice toward independent working.
• Keep accurate, timely job records.
