Job summary

BT Group is seeking a 3rd line Technical Professional to deliver onsite expertise for a large enterprise network across multiple Leeds/Peterborough locations. You will assess customer requirements, implement solutions, and work with BT and customer teams to ensure seamless service and security.

The role demands strong customer communication, 5–10 years of networking experience, and the ability to coordinate with external suppliers. CCNP is preferred; multiple site support is involved.

Qualifications

• Very strong customer communication and relationship management skills (mandatory).
• 5–10 years of networking experience on large enterprise networks (100+ nodes) (mandatory).
• CCNP or equivalent preferred.
• Experience coordinating with 3rd party suppliers and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite 3rd line technical expertise for large enterprise network.
• Collaborate with BT customer and technical teams on design, implementation, diagnosis and projects.
• Manage external 3rd party suppliers and customer stakeholders independently.
• Mentor 1st/2nd line teams and other related personnel as needed.
