Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior 3rd Line Engineer in Huntingdon, UK to diagnose and resolve complex incidents on critical IT systems. You will lead root cause analysis, drive CSI, and support Change Requests across virtualized, storage, and cloud-native platforms.

The role requires deep Windows/Linux expertise, strong networking, and experience with VMware/Hyper-V, NetApp/Nutanix, Veeam/Commvault, and Kubernetes/Docker. UK-based on-site work with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale enterprise IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP and GPO.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalations from 2nd Line and Resolver Groups.
• Conduct proactive maintenance and periodic system upgrades.
• Document changes and maintain technical configurations.
• Assist in infrastructure deployment and CRs.
