Job summary

Reflex Label Plus, Barwell, is seeking an experienced Label Printer / Flexographic Printer to join our production team. You will set up and operate our modern flexographic presses, producing high-quality self-adhesive labels to demanding customer and production standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 10-colour flexographic presses and complex label production involving multiple processes such as Cold/Hot Foil, Screen Printing, Peel & Read labels, and precise colour

Qualifications

• ,Experience as a Label Printer / Flexographic Printer.
• Proven experience with self-adhesive label production.
• Proven experience on multi-colour flexographic presses and complex label production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic presses from start to finish.
• Maintain print quality and consistency across production runs.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure colour, registration and finishing standards.
