Job summary

Reflex Group in Ossett invites an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our print department. The role involves operating a 10-colour narrow-web servo-driven flexographic press, preparing the press for printing, and troubleshooting issues to meet quality standards.

You will monitor processes, maintain inks/solvents, and collaborate with the production team to maximise uptime while ensuring safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in flexographic printing preferred.
• SEDEX/ETI requirements experience is desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate various printing machines and related software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a 10-colour narrow-web servo-driven flexographic press.
• Prepare the press for printing and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor printing processes to meet operating levels and detect malfunctions.
• Maintain inks and solvents according to material specs.
• Collaborate with production to maximise machine utilisation and minimise waste.
• Ensure quality control and QA records are maintained.
• Follow safe working practices to prevent injuries.
