Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 UK early years qualification and have senior level experience.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
• Proven safeguarding knowledge and SEND experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on SEND provision to help children engage and reach potential.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to design tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children are valued.
