Job summary

Kids Planet is seeking a dedicated SENDCO Lead to join our Bredbury setting. You will lead SEND support, design tailored plans with families and agencies, and ensure an inclusive, nurturing environment for every child.

The role requires Level 3 UK early years qualification with senior experience, and a strong understanding of Ofsted and EYFS requirements to drive outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification and senior level experience.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and EYFS.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge with practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead in assisting children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Collaborate with families, staff and external agencies to design tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and supported.
