You’ll lead SEND provision, collaborate with families and external agencies, and design tailored support to help every child thrive. Qualifikationen

• Must hold at least Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification and senior experience.
• Detailed understanding of Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent EYFS knowledge.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience working with children with SEND.
• Experience partnering with parents and external agencies.
• Ability to lead staff meetings and multi-agency working.
