Job summary
Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited is seeking a SENDCO Lead at our Poynton nursery to drive inclusion and targeted support for children with SEND. You will collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored plans, while championing an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child thrives.
The role requires Level 3 early years qualification (UK) and senior leadership experience, with strong Ofsted, EYFS, and safeguarding knowledge, plus ability to lead
Qualifications
- Must hold a Level 3 early years qualification (UK) and experience at a senior level.
- Detailed understanding of requirements set by Ofsted.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.
- Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
- Ability to demonstrate multi-agency working and lead staff meetings.
