Job summary

Woodvale Primary Academy is seeking a SENDCo/Inclusion Lead with a part-time teaching role to join our team. You will lead SEND provision, drive inclusion strategies and work with families and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for vulnerable learners.

The role offers significant non-contact leadership time, a central position on the Leadership Team and opportunities for professional development within the Greenwood Academies Trust.

• Lead SEND across Woodvale Primary Academy and oversee the Enhanced Provision.
• Collaborate with families and external agencies to support pupils.
• Provide non-contact leadership time for strategic development and staff coaching.
• Support colleagues in delivering high-quality inclusive practice and outcomes.
