Barclay Primary School is seeking a fully qualified SENDCo to lead and develop SEND provision across the school, reporting to the Headteacher. This permanent, full-time post requires strong leadership, collaboration with staff and parents, and a commitment to inclusive education for pupils aged 3 to 11.

You will have the ability to engage with children ranging in age from 3 to 11, supporting their educational needs. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with children and parents, and who brings a positive, can-do attitude.
You will report directly to the Headteacher and leadership team. We are seeking an organised and committed individual who will lead and develop SEND provision across the school, ensuring it is delivered to the highest standard. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
