Job summary

Pinc College is seeking a Programme Support team member to join our campus at National Museum Cardiff. This 35-hour-per-week role is term-time only (39 weeks) and focuses on creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for young people aged 16–24 with SEND.

Working closely with teaching and programme teams, you will provide learning and pastoral support, help implement EHCP outcomes, contribute to student wellbeing, and support the day-to-day running of the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with SEND, neurodiversity or additional needs in education, youth work or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning and pastoral support to learners on a campus-based program.
• Help implement EHCP outcomes and contribute to student wellbeing.
• Support the day-to-day running of the campus and assist teaching and programme teams.
