Job summary

Pinc College is seeking a Programme Support team member to join our campus at Dean Clough, Halifax. You will provide learning and pastoral support to 16–24-year-olds with SEND, help implement EHCP outcomes, and contribute to student wellbeing in a dynamic educational setting.

We value experience supporting young people with SEND, neurodiversity or additional needs in education, youth work or community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with SEND in education or community settings.
• Strong organisational and pastoral care skills.
• Ability to contribute to student wellbeing and EHCP outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning and pastoral support to students.
• Help implement EHCP outcomes for learners with SEND.
• Support the day-to-day running of the campus and wellbeing initiatives.

35 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)

We're looking for a Programme Support team member to join Pinc College and play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment for young people aged 16–24 with SEND. This role is based in our campus inside Dean Clough.

Working closely with our teaching and programme teams, you'll provide learning and pastoral support, help implement EHCP outcomes, contribute to student wellbeing, and support the day‑day running of our campus. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who is organised, compassionate and committed to helping young people achieve their goals.

We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience supporting young people with SEND, neurodiversity or additional needs in education, youth work or community settings.
