Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom seeks qualified SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring to young people with SEMH and SEND needs through in-person, online or hybrid sessions.

You will work on a self-employed basis with flexible hours, DBS support, and a commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred education while collaborating with local authorities and schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS is required.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Create a trauma-informed, safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support learners.
