Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support pupils with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles are available across in-person, hybrid, and remote formats, with opportunities to work flexibly and responsibly within schools and local authorities.

You will plan lessons, report progress, and mentor students, joining a mission to raise education standards for disengaged and vulnerable learners while benefiting from professional CPD and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way.
• Subjects: familiar with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Location: UK-based with right to work in the UK, including remote roles.
• Safeguarding: knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on progress.
