Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking experienced SEND tutors and teachers to support young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles include Maths, English or Science tutoring, in-person, online or hybrid, across KS1–KS5, with trauma-informed practice.

You will deliver flexible, pupil-centred tutoring, plan lessons, provide feedback, and collaborate with local authorities and schools. We value passion for transforming disengaged learners and offer CPD, mentoring, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work (remote/online ok).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid tutoring in Maths, English, or Science to pupils with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan lessons, track progress, and report regularly.
• Deliver trauma-informed tuition across KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support learners.
