Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom seeks dedicated SEND Tutors and Teachers to support children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs. You will deliver Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid settings, adapting to trauma-informed approaches.

We welcome applicants with 2+ years of teaching experience and QTS/QTLS. Roles offer flexible hours from part-time to full-time and opportunities arranged through local authorities and schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work (even for remote roles).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to SEND/SEMH learners.
• Plan and report lessons and provide feedback on progress.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring.
