Senploy in Brighton & Hove is seeking dedicated SEND Tutors to deliver personalised learning support for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Role involves one-to-one or small-group tuition, designing engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear reports, with safeguarding at the forefront.

Flexible part-time or full-time hours available to fit your schedule, based in Brighton & Hove.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers or SEND practitioners with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND across settings.
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills.
• Passionate about helping learners overcome barriers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored one-to-one or small-group tuition that meets individual learning needs.
• Design engaging lessons that promote confidence, independence, and academic progress.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor learner development and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate progress records and written reports.
• Prioritise safeguarding, wellbeing, and learner welfare at all times.
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, local authorities, and other professionals to support positive outcomes.
