Job summary

The Tutors’ Association is seeking SEND tutors to cover Portsmouth and surrounding areas, with a September start. Roles offer 5–15 hours a week, term-time only, and flexible commitment from 2–3 hours up to full provision.

Each placement is EHCP-aligned and fully managed; you'll receive a full briefing before your first session so you know exactly what to expect and your learner gets consistency from day one.

Qualifications

• Teaching or tutoring experience.
• Experience with SEND learners (preferred).
• A base anywhere across Southampton.

Responsibilities

• Provide SEND tutoring to children and young people on EHCPs.
• Be fully briefed before sessions to ensure learner consistency.
• Match learners to tutor near you and support continuous delivery.
