Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to transform lives through Maths, English or Science tutoring for learners with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles offer in-person, hybrid, and work-from-home opportunities with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Applicants should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and 2+ references. Employment is on a self-employed basis, with applications ongoing and nearby work within 45 minutes of your location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) and Enhanced DBS with references.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on progress.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring within local authorities or schools.
• Support safekeeping of learning environment and safeguarding.
