Job summary

Plymstock School in Plymouth is seeking a SEND Team Leader to oversee a year group caseload, coordinate support and ensure high quality provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice.

You will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants and external agencies to track outcomes, lead on team routines and contribute to CPD, while upholding safeguarding and inclusive practice across classrooms and interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating support for SEND students.
• Ability to coordinate staff and communicate with families.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a year group caseload and coordinate support.
• Track outcomes and implement graduated responses for students.
• Lead team routines (briefings, case discussions, documentation) and contribute to CPD.
