Job summary

Cover People is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Salford to support secondary-aged pupils, including those with Autism and Complex Needs. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm, with a daily pay of £100–£115 (DOE) paid PAYE through Cover People.

As part of a supportive team in a welcoming secondary special needs school, you will assist in classrooms, help students build confidence and social skills, and collaborate with staff to tailor support for each child’s learning

Qualifications

• A CV detailing your full education and work history.
• Proof of Right to Work & Address in the UK.
• A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Two professional references.

• Contract: Long-term, with potential for permanency.
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm.
• Pay: £100-115 per day (DOE), paid PAYE directly through Cover People.
