Step Teachers Ltd in Dereham is seeking flexible SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs across primary and secondary settings. Start ASAP, full-time or part-time supply roles, with tailored one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning and thrive in an inclusive environment.

You will work with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals, implementing IEP strategies, promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding.
