Job summary

Vision For Education Ltd. in Doncaster is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with complex needs in a classroom setting. You will work alongside the class teacher to provide targeted support to students aged 5–16 (KS1–KS4) and help deliver lessons in a positive learning environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 3:30pm, with a temporary-to-permanent pathway. Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND and a passion for education, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and

Qualifications

• Experience of working with individuals with Special Educational Needs.
• Experience of working with behaviours that challenge.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher by providing individual or small group assistance to students.
• Help with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils aged 5–16 (KS1–KS4) with communication, cognition and sensory needs.
