You should have experience with children with specific needs and a commitment to raising standards, with strong behaviour management and a positive, proactive attitude.

• Ability to deliver whole class learning with practical activities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan small-group and 1:1 interventions.
• Strong commitment to raising standards and improving learning outcomes.
• Excellent behaviour management and positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide class support and adapt learning activities for all pupils.
