Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a SEN Support Assistant to work in Tamworth with pupils who need additional support to access education. You will help learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, fostering independence and confidence in a supportive school setting.

Ideal candidates will hold Level 3 TA or Level 3 Health & Social Care, have relevant experience in education or SEN, and demonstrate strong communication, resilience and a proactive, adaptable approach to meet individual pupil needs.

You may be supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties or complex needs, helping them to access their education while developing their independence and confidence.

To be considered, you must have:
