Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in educational settings.
• Good understanding of how children develop and learn.
• Willingness to be fully involved in academy life and activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support pupil access to the curriculum.
• Support children in their learning.
• Work with class groups, small groups and individuals.
• Model and promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour.
• Act as a keyworker and be committed to CPDL (CPD).
• Work across SEND and Inclusion to meet learners' needs.
