Temple Normanton Primary Academy is seeking an ambitious Teaching Assistant to support the learning and teaching of children and young people within ACET. The post involves working with classes, groups and individuals, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, and contributing to safeguarding and CPD.

The role may require working across trust academies and supporting learners with SEND. The successful candidate will be committed to inclusion, have a good understanding of child

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
• Ability to understand child development and learning processes.
• Willingness to develop KSAs in SEND and Inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across class groups, small groups and individuals.
• Promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour.
• Be a keyworker and contribute to CPD and safeguarding policies.
• Work across academies within the trust as required.
