Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of SEN requirements such as Physical Disabilities, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD, and Looked After Children.
• Experience working in an Education or Support Role.
• Understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Dedicated SEND TA capable of providing outstanding support in long or short-term roles.
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student development.
• Supportive and respectful of the school's ethos.
