Job summary

Life Education Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the team at Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School. The role involves supporting individual and small groups of pupils with SEND as well as class support.

You will work 31 hours and 40 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, term time (38 weeks per year). The school is committed to professional development in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pupils with a variety of needs.
• Experience with Read Write Inc and phonics knowledge.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for all teaching and learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Support individual and small groups of pupils, including those with SEND.
• Work with a team to support pupils in class and around the school.
