Job summary

Furze Platt Junior School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across year groups. You will assist with classroom tasks, enable small group intervention programmes, and work with children with special educational needs, disabilities or medical needs.

The role offers opportunities for whole class cover at an additional rate and requires strong literacy and numeracy skills to help pupils reach their targets.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• Experience delivering small group interventions.

• Willingness to cover whole class when required (extra pay).
