Job summary

MAYFLOWER HIGH SCHOOL is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a team of Teaching Assistants, supporting students across all year groups with literacy, numeracy and behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will work in class and on a 1:1 basis, liaise with and report to the SENDCo, and be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative staff.

This role requires teamwork and the ability to work under direction and on own initiative.
