Job summary

Corpus Christ RC Primary School in Oldham is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND. You will assist with learning access, independence and communication, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.

The role is temporary to 16 July 2027, term-time only, 16 hours per week (8.45am–12.45pm, Mon–Thu). A caring, resilient team player with safeguarding awareness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider team to deliver personalised support.
• Deliver strategies and provision identified within the pupil’s EHCP.

The role:
