Job summary

Corpus Christi RC Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant - Level 2 to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies within the school day.

The role is 16 hours per week, term time only, with a temporary contract to 16 July 2027. Based at Stanley Road, Chadderton, the position supports inclusive education and safeguarding in a welcoming school community.

The role:

This role provides dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND, helping them access learning, develop independence, communicate effectively and participate fully in school life. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider team to deliver personalised support, including strategies and provision identified within the pupil’s EHCP.
