Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment in London is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN primary school in Islington for September 2026. You will work closely with teachers and support pupils with complex needs to access learning.

The role is temporary with potential for extension. You will be required to complete safeguarding checks, DBS, and comply with DfE guidelines; prior SEN experience is essential. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN primary school in Islington. The school supports children with complex physical, sensory, medical, and learning needs. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide high-quality support, helping pupils access learning and reach their full potential.
