Job summary

Stradbroke Primary School in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support teaching and learning within our Integrated Resource Specialist Provision, helping pupils with complex SEND needs develop learning, communication, independence and life skills.

Qualifications

Experience or interest in SEND strategies and inclusive practice.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
Willingness to learn, develop professionally and contribute to school life.

Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning within the Integrated Resource Specialist Provision.
Help pupils develop learning, communication, independence and wider life skills.
Assist with planning and delivery of personalised, adaptive learning for individuals and small groups.
Build positive relationships with children, families and staff to support progress.
Contribute to EHCP outcomes prioritised for each pupil.
Collaborate as part of a supportive school team.
