Qualifications

Qualified or experienced-Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.

Think on your feet—adapting lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner.
Turn behaviour into progress—using positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement.
Collaborate like a pro—working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs.
Embrace every challenge—from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further.
