Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Horncastle, supporting children aged 5-16 with autism and related conditions. Immediate start, long-term role with potential to become permanent.

You will work 8:30am-3:30pm, term-time only, with competitive daily pay and a supportive team. Your caring attitude, patience and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and enthusiastic about supporting children with additional needs.
• Experienced working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable.
• A qualified Teaching Assistant or TA qualification is desirable.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, autism and related conditions.
• Committed to helping pupils develop communication, confidence, independence and social skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and ready to make a positive impact as part of a team.
• A caring attitude, patience and willingness to learn can go a long way.

Responsibilities
