Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Ashton-in-Makerfield (Wigan) to support pupils with additional needs on a full-time basis.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs, help them access the curriculum, manage behaviour and build confidence within the classroom, working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo.

A primary school in Ashton-in-Makerfield is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs on a full-time basis.

This role will involve working closely with a small number of pupils with EHCPs, providing consistent 1:1 and small group support. You will help pupils access the curriculum, manage behaviour, and build confidence within the classroom.
