Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for a SEND school with sites in Tonteg and Ynysybwl, RCT. You will support learners with ALN and SEMH, across all Key Stages, in a nurturing environment where every pupil can grow in confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEND not essential, but strong understanding of ALN and SEMH is advantageous.
• Background in mainstream education or care/support roles is desirable.
• Role starts asap with correct UK right to work documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across all Key Stages with a range of curriculum activities.
• Encourage active participation and independent learning through hands-on activities.
• Provide consistent support while challenging learners to achieve progress.
