Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a Bromley primary school. You will work alongside teachers to support learning, assist with personal care when needed, and help manage challenging behaviour with patience and consistency.

Applicants with SEND experience are welcomed; training sessions are provided. DBS check is required, and Engage Education offers ongoing support, a dedicated consultant, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• All applicants require appropriate qualifications and a formally recognised teaching qualification.
• DBS check must be valid before starting.
• Experience with SEND is beneficial and a passion for working with students with special educational needs.
