Job summary

Envision Education is partnering with a West London SEND school to recruit a committed SEND Teaching Assistant. You will provide tailored classroom, 1:1 and small group support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers to meet pupils' needs.

The role requires prior SEND experience, ability to support children with diverse needs, and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one). The position is paid £92-£100 per day, PAYE, with a focus on supporting student progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a SEND school setting.
• Experience working with children with references.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support for SEND pupils.
• Collaborate with staff to support learning.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe progress and give feedback to teachers and parents.
