Job summary

Reed is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Reading, England. This full-time role (5 days per week) offers a temp-to-perm pathway after a 12-week probation, with daily rates of £100–£130 depending on experience.

Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Full Time 5 Days Per Week Temp to Perm Opportunity £100 to £130 per day depending upon experience!

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded specialist school supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, severe and profound learning difficulties, and complex needs.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
