Vision for Education Ltd. are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in the South Birmingham area, starting from September and continuing into the next academic year.
The role involves one-to-one and small-group work outside the classroom, following EHCPs and school guidelines. Hours are 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

This role will include:
Working both one to one and in small groups with students with Special Educational Needs, outside of the classroom.
Following EHCPs and school guidelines.
Starting from May 2026 as a full-time member of staff with the potential to become a permanent member of the school.
Working between school hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday ongoing.
The school has received a recent rating of 'Good' by Ofsted and offers a warm welcome to all supply staff.
To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:
Have had prior experience working effectively with a student with additional needs.
Have a keen passion for building strong working relationships with pupils and providing them with the best chance of developing.
Be able to commit to 5 days a week.
Ideally have a teaching assistant qualification; however, with the right experience this is not compulsory.
Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
Possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the Update Service.
