Educate GM LTD in Manchester is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Moston from September 2026. This full-time, long-term role supports pupils with SEN, providing 1:1 and small-group help to KS1 learners and assisting with their learning, wellbeing and participation in class.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND, be patient and resilient, and hold or be working towards a Teaching Assistant Level 3. DBS checks and UK work rights are required.

Educate GM are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the heart of Moston, Manchester from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or someone with relevant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the school's SEN team to provide tailored support to pupils who require additional help with their learning, development and wellbeing.
The school is looking for someone who is patient, caring, resilient and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable. Experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties or complex learning needs would be advantageous.
You may be an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Care Worker, Youth Worker or someone with relevant transferable experience. Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification is desirable.
