Long-term Teachers are working closely with this fantastic special school, which caters to a wide range of special needs & disabilities aged from 4-16, and they are seeking a new TA to join the team.

This work is incredibly rewarding but also challenging. The school requires individuals who are confident in managing challenging behaviour. The staff are supportive and friendly, creating a positive working environment.

The Role

This is a ‘floating’ position, meaning you will provide cover across different classes within the school. Flexibility and confidence in working with various special needs, disabilities, and age groups are essential.

You will support in the classroom and provide 1-1 assistance to specific students. Being approachable and a good team player is important due to the varied support roles.

Your responsibilities include:
